Natural DIY Drink for flat stomach and lose Lower Abdomen Fat

Here we are sharing a secret drink(recipe) to lose those extra abdomen fat and regain flat stomach.
It is undoubtedly one of the easiest and the best way to achieve your target without much effort.
It does not involve any kind of artificial ingredients and therefore is healthy and fearless to have it.

Ingredients:

  • Water - 2 litre
  • Lemon - 3 to 4(sliced)
  • Cucumber - 2(medium sized- sliced)
  • Mint Leaves - Handful
  • Ginger - 2 small cubes(peeled and smashed)

Steps:

  • Add the above ingredients in the same quantity as shown to 2 litres of water.
  • Its effective to prepare and leave it overnight so that all the juices mix well with water.
  • Lemon and cumber are preferred to be added with skin itself but if you doubt pesticide problems, you can peel the skin off.
  • Bottle this drink and have it as usual like normal water.
  • Most importantly, try to reduce the intake of fatty foods while having this drink inorder to get quick and more effective results.
