Egg:

It is never a good idea to have those reheated eggs you prepared a day before or refrigerated. This is primarily because it could spoil your stomach and play havoc in your digestive system. The kind of rotten or punchy smell while you reheat it is a sign you are not on the right track buddyy!!

Potatoes:

This is one such kind of a veg that is equally loved by both the veggies and non veg lovers. The nutritionists say that it becomes toxic while you reheat them and thus not recommended. So guys finish them off as soon as you have prepared those potato chips or koftas.

Mushrooms:

Make sure to eat the mushrooms you have prepared as soon as it is done. The lapse of time itself leads to protein deterioration.So dont even think of reheating it !!

Spinach and Green leafy Vegetables

As we all know green leafy vegetables like spinach , celery etc are one of the healthiest foods available. These are packed with nutrients like iron and Nitrates. But when you reheat them, the nitrates present turn to nitrites and tend to have carcinogenic properties showing the threat of cancer.

Rice

It is one of the most common foods that s reheated as its included in our diet almost every day. It is found that Uncooked rice is laced with spores of bacteria which survive even after you cook it. When the rice is cooked, the spores can survive...Then, if the rice is left standing at room temperature, the spores will multiply and may produce poisons that cause vomiting or diarrhoea. Reheating the rice won't get rid of these poisons.

Chicken

This is the most favourite stuff for all non veggies and to be taken care hereafter.The protein composition changes when a cold chicken is heated for the second time after being kept in the fridge which can cause digestive problems. If you're attempting it, make sure the inside is piping hot.
