Plaque is a sticky, colorless film of bacteria that constantly forms on our teeth and along the gum line. Plaque contains bacteria that cause cavities and gum disease.On a long run it hardenes into Tartar that attaches to the enamel on your teeth and below the gum line.

Take 1 teaspoon of lime juice and mix with little salt.
Dip the tooth brush bristles on it.
Brush the teeth daily in the morning.

Oil Pulling:
Swish 1 tablespoon of extra-virgin coconut oil around in your mouth for 15 to 20 minutes and Spit it out.
Brush daily as usual.

Baking soda:
Mix 1 teaspoon of salt with 2 teaspoons of baking soda.
Dip a dampened toothbrush in the mixture.
Brush your teeth with this powder gently.

Mix 2 teaspoons of white vinegar and 1 teaspoon of salt in ½ cup of warm water.
Rinse your mouth with this mixture once or twice a day.
